Jason C. Brown

Jason Brown has played a key role in hundreds of criminal cases, from routine traffic tickets and DWI to much more serious matters such as first-degree murder, methamphetamine possession and distribution cases, criminal sexual conduct, fraud, theft, assault and others.

Jason is a former public defender and law clerk to Chief Judge Timothy R. Bloomquist of Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District.

In addition to his criminal defense work, he is frequently appointed by the courts to represent individuals facing civil commitment in Minnesota, including many level three sex offenders and an accused murderer.

He is a former associate to one of Minnesota's top trial attorneys, Fred Pritzker, and has tried a wide range of cases to a jury and the court. In some cases, Jason’s efforts have resulted in outright dismissal of criminal charges – both before and during trial.

Jason is a magna cum laude graduate of Minnesota State University at Mankato and an honors graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.

Client Testimonial: "Jason took my matter with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. He was a fantastic listener and offered practical suggestions to help resolve the situation.
